Introducing Our
Advisory Board
The mission of Global Protocol® is to provide each client with the foundation and framework for achieving success by teaching behavior modification, personal presentation and business protocol. In order to accomplish this we have selected a unique group of experts as our Advisory Board. It is important to us that these individuals represent differences in gender, age, cultures, and industries that range from service to manufacturing to education. (Some of our Advisory Board members represent two or more of these categories.)
We meet individually throughout the year and as a board once every quarter to review current content, establish new standards for emerging issues, and develop new strategies to assist in handling workplace issues. Following is a brief description and contact information for each of our Advisory Board members and an introduction to President and Founder Gloria Petersen's personal mentor, Letitia Baldrige.

Introducing My Mentor |

Letitia
Baldrige
Author on Social Behavior
Everyone should have a mentor in their field. I have selected Letitia Baldrige who continues to inspire me and gives me validation. I do not share her amazing history; however, I do share her passion to spread the art of good behavior from the home to the board room. Just reading her autobiography, A Lady First, will change your outlook on life. Her most current book, Letitia Baldrige’s New Manners for New Times, is a must read for every etiquette professional.
Letitia Baldrige, a graduate of Vassar, says she has been in the “business of manners and protocol” all her life. After graduate work at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, she served eight years as the ambassador's assistant at the American embassies of Paris and Rome. She was the first woman executive of Tiffany & Co., the New York jeweler, before serving as White House social secretary and chief of staff for Jacqueline Kennedy. In 1964, she opened her own marketing and public relations company, “Letitia Baldrige Enterprises.” Today the company offers consulting services and executive coaching. Ms. Baldrige was the first woman on several corporate boards. She is a professional lecturer and has published twenty-one books.
Gloria, You are the best organized person I know in this world! I think you know how much I admire what you are doing. I am a fan!
– Letitia Baldrige
